As Head of Athletes Commission, Mr. Mario Agudelo, from Colombia, under the Umbrella of  has developed the program and guidelines that will make the commission works towards what will be the best practices and policy for WESCO, as follows:

Justification

The global growth that e-sports have had in the last decade, has allowed progress

in different structures that derived from sports, such as psychology, nutrition,

marketing, new sport scenaries and sports trends, but there is still a structure that it

has not been fully developed.

The structure that we are talking about is the area of training methodologies applied

to e-sports, it is still not clear how to apply them in the different types of e-sports,

which is why an investigation is necessary to develop this structure in the world of

e-sports. electronic sports, which in the future will allow to promote school sports,

amateur sports and professional sports.

Likewise, the teaching-learning process of each type of e-sport must be sought and

the training methodology applied to the characteristics of the player in training or

professional athlete should be adapted, which will generate that the inconveniences

and problems that are currently seen are less and less and all the structures

associated with this process can be strengthened.

➢ OBJECTIVES

1. Establish an exclusive training structure or methodology for e-sports.

2. Find the training methodologies applied to collective and individual e-sports.

3. Structure the different profiles of the athletes for each type of e-sport.

4. Establish the advantages and disadvantages of the different platforms on

which e-sports are practiced.

5. Characterize each type of e-sport to give a broader and more defined context

for the understanding of the community in general.

➢ MEANS TO DEVELOP THE RESEARCH AND ACHIEVE THE

OBJECTIVES

1. Create a macrostructure that integrates the training models and methodologies

that can be applied to e-sports to create step by step an exclusive methodology to

respond to the needs of electronic sports.

2. Apply three training methodologies in the different types of e-sports, they are:

A.T.R. - Micro structuring - tactical periodization. Make comparative tables in which

the advantages and disadvantages of each methodology in each type of e-sport are

evidenced.

3. Carry out the process of characterizing the profile of each athlete for each type of

e-sport.

4. Determine the electronic sports that best adapt to each platform, likewise

characterize them and make the comparative tables for each one.

5. Establish the characteristics that define each e-sport to carry out a macrostructure

of each one that allows to show their differences and that in the future each one has

its lines of research.
