
WESCO creates Women in Esports Commission

The main objective is to present and protect the integrity of women as athletes in esports. Study, elaborate guidelines and safeguarding documents and support their participation equaly.
As Head of Women in Esports Commission, Mrs. Marta Muñoz, from Spain, has developed the program and guidelines that will make the commission works towards what will be the best practices and policy ofr WESCO, as follows:
GENERAL OBJECTIVE

LE1 (Improvements) Create internal and external mechanisms to strengthen the equity of
gender in esports.
LE2 (Maintain) Education of the stakeholders (community) of esports in the field of
equity.
LE3 (Avoid) Fight against harassment and discrimination in esports.
LE4 (Take advantage) Promote the ac va par cipa on and visualization of women in all
esports areas.
