In times when the electronic meets the sport, and knowing that the sport forms the citizen we need well-constructed paths and public policies to be developed so that we unite both sides and have in fact and right the Electronic Sport. In addition, we will be intrinsically compelled to do so in accordance with the Olympic movement that elevates us to real sporting spirit in practice and in our lives.

We will join private companies and diverse nongovernmental and governmental sectors to create a healthy, sustainable and responsible ecosystem of esports, as well as prosperous and long.

I believe that just like education, culture, sport and so many other areas of our lives, electronic sport (here inserted literally and concretely in sports) is a tool for crafting a good citizen, it is a way of life and a possible post career. We will, without a shadow of a doubt, contribute to ensuring that the legislation, regulation and support that so many need, the athlete and his rights and duties, his representative associations and governing bodies are created and maintained with transparency of governance, compliance and standardization.
