D50
Expo and Summit · The Global Digital Economy Alliance
D50
The D50 Expo and Summit is the Global Digital Economy Alliance in person. It is split into Summit days and Expo days, and both run at the same time under one roof: governments and institutions sign and debate on one side, companies show products and technology on the other. Created by WESCO with the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce (CECC).

What the D50 is
D50 brings 50 nations together to sign the treaty of the Global Digital Economy Alliance.
It is one of the international events devoted to digital economy integration, emerging technologies, international cooperation and sustainable development.
WESCO started it and co-organises it with the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce (CECC). The Summit has been held since 2016, in 13 host cities.

What the expo days hold
The Expo is where companies show what they make: robots, virtual reality, drones, smart-city models and the vehicles of the next decade.
500to2,000companies from China, depending on the host and on what they want
All of them pay for the services that set the Expo up.
They bring their own buyers and partners, and companies that want to sell and negotiate products.
The host gains those companies in its own region.
