Executive office

Reach the leaders through their office

Pietro Sinclair and Brenno Lopes serve Daniel Cossi and Kenneth Chang. They are the first contact for anyone who needs to reach either of them.

Chosen at the peak of their field

WESCO does not fill seats. It invites people who already stand at the top of their own story in their region: federation presidents, business founders and institutional leaders whose word carries weight where they work.

  1. Leadership

A record of leading people and institutions.

  2. Integrity

A name that holds up under scrutiny, because the Vice President speaks for WESCO.

  3. Professional experience

Years of work in the field, not a title taken for the occasion.

  4. International relationships

Access to governments, federations and companies in the region.

  5. Commitment to the mission

Esports, Digital Sports, technology, education, innovation, business development and international cooperation.

Where our leaders are

WESCO is organised in geopolitical regions, each with its own Vice President. Pick a region on the list or on the globe. Where a seat is open, the WESCO symbol marks it.

Continental Leaders

Leaders inspire and motivate. They bring the continental and cultural view, they do not run markets or operations, and they do not rank above the regional Vice Presidents. They work side by side with them.

What a Regional Vice President does

Each Vice President is the senior representative of WESCO in a territory. The charter that appoints them sets six duties.

  1. institutional representation

    Represent WESCO

When authorised, speaks for WESCO before governments, ministries and public authorities in the territory.

  2. business development

    Build partnerships

Opens partnerships and supports negotiations from the first introduction to the agreement.

  3. regional intelligence

    Report to headquarters

Sends headquarters what the region shows: markets, risks and opportunities.

  4. strategic planning

    Plan the region

Writes and keeps updated a Regional Strategic Development Plan aligned with the global strategy.

  5. regional team

    Recommend people

Suggests qualified people for regional roles. Appointments stay with headquarters.

  6. global coordination

    Sit in the GVPC

Takes part in the Global Vice Presidents Council, which aligns strategy between headquarters and the regions.

Why we divide the world this way

WESCO follows the geopolitical map that the large international organisations use, such as the United Nations, the World Health Organization, the World Trade Organization and UNESCO. It is a division the world already understands, and it lets a global consortium work with local respect.

  1. Culture comes first

Every region has its own culture, its own language and its own way of doing business. WESCO studies a region before it approaches it, never the other way around.

  2. We keep the geopolitical map recognisable

Where other maps fold regions together, WESCO keeps its own reading. The Middle East, which many classify as part of Eurasia, is a region of its own for us.

  3. One seat, one responsible person

Each region and sub-region has one seat for a Vice President, who represents WESCO there and reports to headquarters through the Global Vice Presidents Council.

  4. Open seats stay visible

Where WESCO has a Vice President, the name is on the map. Where it does not, the seat stays open and marked with the WESCO symbol, until the right person is found.
