Data protection
How WESCO applies the Brazilian LGPD and, where it applies, the European GDPR to personal data, and how to use your rights.
Last updated: 6 November 2026
Laws that apply
WESCO follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). It also follows the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when a person in the European Union is concerned. WESCO also works in China and respects the data rules that apply there.
Controller
E-Investments Holding and Business Advisory Ltd., owner of the WESCO brand, decides how personal data is used. The Privacy policy lists what is collected and why.

How to use a right
Write to contact@wescoesport.com or call +55 11 4210-6830. Say who you are and what you ask. WESCO may ask you to confirm your identity. It answers within the time that the law sets.
International transfers
Data may move between Brazil, China and other countries where WESCO's providers work. WESCO uses the safeguards that the law allows for each transfer.
Children
This website is not made for children. WESCO does not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child sent data, write to WESCO and it will delete it.
Incidents
If a security incident puts personal data at serious risk, WESCO reports it to the authority and to the people concerned, as the law requires.
Complaints
You may complain to the data protection authority of your country. In Brazil it is the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
